Being a parent/caregiver to a neurodivergent person comes with unique joys and challenges.
A welcoming space for parents and caregivers to connect with, share experiences, and support one another.
Monthly group focused on a topic (grief, self-care, burnout…) or neurodivergent intersection (Down Syndrome, GDD, ADHD, Autism..).
Why Participate?
1 Emotional support – Connect with others who understand
2 Share resources – Learn and exchange helpful ideas
3 Community – Build friendships and advocate together
4. Collaborate – To highlight the lived experiences, voices, and perspectives of caregivers and neurodivergent/dis/abled communities.
On-site support is available upon request to accompany any child (any age) while parent is in group.
