Neurodivergent Women Therapy group

*This group is part of the Collaborative Art Exhibit.*

Information about the Collaborative Art Exhibit.

This therapy group aims to offer a safe enough and supportive place for women with intellectual disabilities. The group focuses on supporting mental health through exploring the self in relationship to the challenges that come up in daily life.

Rooted in neurodivergent-affirming values, the therapeutic process will acknowledge the role of ableism, stigma, and systemic inequities in shaping mental health. Through collective reflection and support, participants can build connection, strengthen self-understanding, and support empowerment.
