All responses collected through the CDH membership form are stored securely on Google servers at data centres. These servers may be located outside of Québec, including in the United States, Europe, Asia and other countries.

We take appropriate precautions to protect your data. Access is restricted to authorized CDH staff. Google Forms data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow best practices for digital data security.

Your personal data (as defined in section 2)  will be retained only as long as you have an active file (i.e. membership and use of services). After that period, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Photo & Media Policy

As part of our programs, services, and community engagement efforts, the Centre of Dreams and Hopes (CDH) may document activities through photographs and video recordings. These media assets may be used for internal and external communications to highlight our mission, showcase participant engagement, and support reporting to funders.
