ReRoot: MUSIC AND SOMATIC MOVEMENT
Reconnect with yourself through rhythm, sound, and embodied movement. This group invites members to explore music and gentle somatic practices as tools for grounding, self-expression, and stress release. Each session blends guided movement, creative practices, and exploration in a supportive space. No dance or music experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to move at your own pace.
