This therapy group aims to provide an affirming space for neurodivergent men to process emotional and mental health experiences as they relate to both identity and relationships as well as systemic pressures of living within normative frameworks.
Rooted in anti-oppressive and neurodivergent-affirming values, the therapeutic process will acknowledge the role of ableism, stigma, and systemic inequities in shaping mental health. Through collective reflection and support, participants can build connection, strengthen self-understanding, and support empowerment.
