Who we are

Our purpose is to create a nurturing envrionment where individuals can connect, explore their identities, and feel a sense of belonging, while also driving systemic change to advance inclusion and equity. We are dedicated to fostering a community where every person’s dignity is upheld, their experiences are valued, and they have the space to grow and thrive.

These qualities make up the foundation of our diverse services which include: an Alternative Education Program for adults, speech and occupational therapies, recreation and leisure programs, respite programs, and mental health programs for Neurodivergent people and their loved ones.

Centre of dreams and hopes​

Since its inception in 2006, CDH, a non-profit organization based in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal, has worked to create a nurturing environment. We offer a variety of services and programs, including respite care, an alternative adult education program, mental health services, speech and occupational therapy, and recreational and leisure activities. Our hope is to provide a space where people can connect, explore their identities, and feel a sense of belonging, while contributing to systemic change to advance inclusion and equity.
